Julie McConnell is an attorney and  professor of law at University of Richmond known for her work with the Children's Defense Clinic. She also serves as an expert witness in serious criminal cases involving minors in which the child or teen stands to be tried as an adult or face life in prison. 

Today we're discussing the grave consequences of juvenile sentencing in America, and how it relates to racial and social justice.
